Adam McInelly is Vice President of Digital Strategy at Generation Hospitality Group, where he leads efforts to drive measurable growth across the company’s hotel portfolio. A Southern Utah University graduate with an extensive background in sales and marketing, Adam specializes in digital strategies that deliver results. He focuses on SEO, paid media, and website design to maximize online visibility, guest engagement, and incremental revenue. With numerous industry certifications, Adam leverages the latest tools and trends to optimize performance and create impactful digital experiences for both guests and hotel owners.

Shane Williams is a strategic revenue management leader with a keen ability to optimize pricing and maximize profitability through data-driven decisions. He excels in demand forecasting, competitive analysis, and dynamic pricing. Shane leverages advanced systems and collaborates across teams to drive sustainable growth and enhance financial performance.

Steve holds a Finance degree from BYU and has spent over a decade in elevated finance and accounting roles for Marriott International. Steve worked as an Asset Manager overseeing more than 20 hotels and recently began investing as both a Partner and Asset Manager for Marriott branded properties. His primary focus as CFO is to drive hotel financial performance and investor returns.
